Beam Bench - Dalmau Designs

The Beam Bench (BB) is a removable cantilevered extension work surface that bolts on the Dalmau Workbench to allow work to be done from a wheelchair or work which requires a projected bench.

The bench comes with a quick acting wood vice which can be oriented left, right or mounted on the end of the bench.  The Beam Bench accepts the Bench Dogs and Hold Down Clamps used on the Dalmau Workbench which allow for safe holding of work pieces.

A range of small machine tools can be brought to the Beam Bench and easily and quickly attached using mounting plates.  This allows a student in a wheelchair to perform task on machine tools that otherwise might not be possible in a workshop environment.
