Flame Cutting and Welding Bench - Dalmau Designs

The Flame Cutting and Welding Bench (FCWB) is a bench where safer hot metal work can be performed on two main work areas:

• The replaceable drill bars cover a spark chute and quench tank in which hot cut-offs or sparks fall
• The refractory bricks provide a work surface that minimises heat transfer to the bench on which oxy welding, brazing, silver soldering or TIG welding can be performed

The bench comes with two fixed cast iron wheels and a jockey wheel that allow the bench to be moved if needed.  The work surface also has a laser cut hole pattern to accept a 3” engineering vice if required.
